Experience
He is newer (not less knowledgeable!) to the process which likely makes him far better. For example the selling agent of the house I bought had many years experience and Andrei had to frequently remind him of paperwork he had missed or was late on. Andrei paid close attention to all details of the purchase and demonstrated he knew what needed to happen and when. The other agent seemed to busy or just lazy always slow and not responsive like he didn’t really care.
Finding a house
Additionally before buying he searched and researched for properties for me to see. He set up search criteria and found many houses that I hadn’t found and that met my criteria.
Time
He was very timely and responsive to any questions I had and or any paperwork that needed filling. When paperwork time came he followed up with me daily to see if I had any questions.
